Real estate developer, historic district realtor to speak at CHHF public meeting July 20

TRUSSVILLE – The Cahaba Homestead Heritage Foundation, Inc. will hold its third public meeting Tuesday, July 20 at the Trussville Civic Center.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.

The meeting will feature two guest speakers:

  • Chris Rogers – registered architect in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Georgia who will speak on sense of place and continuity of character for a community’s success
  • Jeffrey Klinner – Birmingham-area realtor who specializes in historic districts will talk about property values and selling points of historic homes and neighborhoods

The meeting is open to Cahaba Project residents and any Trussville residents.
